Survai

Enterprise management

Connect Survai to your identity and HR systems

Let your team sign in with their corporate accounts, and keep your participant list and organization structure updated automatically from your HR system. Manage permissions with roles, track actions in the audit log, and move your data into your own systems with the REST API and webhooks.

Enterprise SSO sign-in animation (sample data): alex@example.com is typed on the sign-in page; because SSO is required for the example.com domain, the password field is hidden and a 'Continue with SSO' button appears. The identity provider card lists Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google, AD FS and Keycloak with the SAML 2.0 and OIDC protocols. On return the user is signed in; the survai-analyst group from the identity provider maps to the Analyst role. Sample data.

Screens are illustrative; data is sample data.

HR system sync

Keep your employee list in step with your HR system

Hourly or daily sync from Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace, real-time updates from your identity provider via SCIM 2.0, or a CSV/Excel file drop over HTTPS or SFTP. People, units and managers are synced; synced fields become read-only in Survai, marked with a “From HR system” badge.
  • Preview and approval on the first sync; exclude people individually or by email pattern
  • No one is ever deleted: a person deactivated in the HR system is marked “Left”
  • Safety threshold: if more than 20% of active people would be deactivated, the sync stops and waits for your approval
HR system sync animation (sample data): the Microsoft Entra ID connection is active, syncing hourly, 412 people. The first-sync preview shows 12 new participants, 37 updates, 3 people who will be marked 'Left' and 2 people excluded by the *-test@example.com rule. The share of people to deactivate (0.7%) is below the 20% safety threshold. 'Confirm and sync' is pressed and the sync completes; the unit field carries a 'From HR system' badge. Sample data.

API and webhooks

Move responses and participants into your own systems

Signed webhooks deliver response, survey, participant and invitation events instantly; use the REST API to read surveys, responses and invitations, and to manage participants, units and webhooks.
  • 9 event types, signed delivery and a delivery log
  • API keys with configurable scopes, OpenAPI documentation
  • In anonymous surveys, values that fall into a small group are “Hidden (<5)” in the API too
Webhook and REST API animation: survey published, response completed and participant added events land in the delivery log; a failed delivery is retried automatically; on the right, an HMAC-SHA256-signed JSON payload and a REST request made with a scoped API key are shown.

Highlights

Identity, access and deployment options

  • SAML 2.0 and OIDC

Ready-made settings for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, AD FS and Keycloak; your domain is verified with a DNS record.

  • Mandatory SSO

Make SSO optional or mandatory; the Owner can still sign in with a password for emergencies. Test the connection before turning it on.

  • Account provisioning and role mapping

Create accounts on first sign-in (JIT) or accept invitees only; map groups in your identity provider to roles.

  • Roles and audit log

Owner, Admin, Editor, Analyst and Viewer roles, per-survey access; key actions are recorded in the audit log with who did them and when.

  • Transfer ownership

The Owner transfers ownership of the organization to another member after re-confirming with their password; both sides are notified.

  • On your own servers

Enterprise is installed in your Kubernetes/OpenShift or Docker environment; with an offline-validated license, no connection to the Survai cloud is required.

FAQ

Which plans include these features?

Single sign-on (SSO) is included in the Enterprise plan; HR system sync (Entra ID, Google Workspace, SCIM 2.0, file), per-survey access and the audit log in Business and above; the REST API and webhooks in Professional and above. Roles and ownership transfer are available on every plan.

Does HR sync delete people?

No. A person who is deactivated or removed from the list in your HR system is marked “Left” in Survai; their responses and history are kept. If more than 20% of active people would be deactivated at once, the sync stops without writing anything and waits for your approval.

Can we install Survai on our own servers?

Yes, the Enterprise plan is installed in your organization’s Kubernetes/OpenShift or Docker environment. It works with your PostgreSQL, Redis, S3-compatible storage or shared file system, and SMTP server; the license is validated offline. AI features can be used with your own OpenAI-compatible model server or turned off entirely.
