This policy applies to our marketing site, www.getsurvai.com. Survey data that the Survai platform (app.getsurvai.com, s.getsurvai.com) processes on behalf of our customers is governed by our contracts with those customers and by their own privacy notices.

In brief

  • We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t profile your visit.
  • We don’t load third-party scripts, fonts, maps or videos; all content is served from our own servers.
  • When you visit the site, technical access logs needed to run the service securely may be processed.
  • If you submit the contact form, we process the information you share to assess your request and get in touch with you.

Technical data processed during your visit

When you access the site, your IP address, the time of the request, the requested address and browser information are processed in the access and firewall logs of our infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure Front Door) so the request can be delivered to you and security maintained. These logs are used only for security and debugging and are deleted after 90 days.

Contact form

The data you share in the contact and demo request form is processed to respond to your request. To prevent bot submissions, the form uses an invisible “honeypot” field and a minimum completion time check; your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash. Emails

When you submit the form, we send you a confirmation email summarizing your request. If you haven’t consented to commercial electronic messages, we won’t send you marketing messages.

Data location and security

Site and form data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the European Union (Sweden). The measures we apply are described on the Security and KVKK page.
