How it works
From survey to results in three steps
Start from a ready-made template or build your survey yourself. Share it, track participation and compare the responses.
Build: a flow takes shape with a welcome screen, a recommendation (NPS) question and two different follow-up questions depending on the score. 1Create
Start your survey from a ready-made template or adapt it to your needs. Choose question types and, where needed, add routing based on answers.
Share: the survey is sent by email, QR code and link, and responses are counted by channel. 2Share
Reach your audience by email, link or QR code. Track participation and send reminders to those who haven’t responded.
Analyze: the results chart grows and AI summarizes the most frequent theme. Sample data. 3Analyze
Compare results by department, period or audience. See the key themes in open-ended responses and report on them.

AI
AI support for building and analyzing surveys
Start a survey draft with a few sentences, see the key themes in open-ended comments and ask questions about your results in your own language. Below, we explain separately what data each AI feature works with.
- Ask AI: answers questions such as “Which department has a low eNPS?” using masked, aggregated results; the answer comes with a bar chart and can be added to your dashboard.
- Sentiment and theme analysis: open-ended comments are classified as positive / neutral / negative with up to 3 themes, after identifiers such as email, phone, ID number and participant name are removed.
- AI in Flow Builder: drafting, question suggestions, wording improvements and condition suggestions
- Azure OpenAI with EU Data Zone deployment; on / off per organization and a monthly quota
KVKK and security
Data security and privacy at the core of the product
Employee and customer data is sensitive. We designed our hosting, access and reporting rules with that in mind.
Hosting in the EU
Microsoft Azure Sweden (Sweden Central); backups in the paired region within the EU.
Small-group rule
Groups with fewer than 5 responses are not shown in analytics and reports; in anonymous surveys they are also hidden in exports and the API.
Encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit, managed encryption at rest.
Role-based access
5 roles and per-survey permissions; only authorized roles see raw responses.
Audit log
Key actions are logged with who did them and when.
KVKK tools
Consent history, personal data export, anonymization on erasure requests.

Employee pulse
We are asking a few short questions to better understand your experience at work. Your views help us see where we need to improve together.
How does Survai support our KVKK processes?
Survai provides tools that help you meet your obligations under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698): a privacy notice and consent on the survey welcome screen, per-participant consent history, personal data export, anonymization on erasure requests and role-based access. Compliance is achieved together with your organization’s own processes as the data controller; we work through your legal team’s questions with you.
Where is our data stored?
In the cloud deployment, all data and AI processing are kept in Microsoft Azure’s Sweden (Sweden Central) region, that is, within the European Union; backups are copied to the paired region within the EU. Because Azure has no region in Turkey, this constitutes a cross-border transfer under Article 9 of KVKK. For organizations that want to keep their data on their own infrastructure, we plan an on-premises deployment together.
How are responses protected in anonymous surveys?
In anonymous surveys, no link between a response and the participant is stored. In analytics screens, comparisons and the PDF report, department, location and filter groups with fewer than 5 responses are hidden on the server side; Ask AI also uses only these masked, aggregated results. In the response list, CSV / XLSX exports and the REST API, values such as department, location or job title that fall into a group with fewer than 5 responses are shown as “Hidden (<5)”; these surfaces are also available only to authorized roles and API keys. These rules reduce the risk of identification but cannot prevent every case on their own. We recommend reminding participants not to share information that identifies them in open-ended answers.
How do invitation and participation tracking work in anonymous surveys?
We track who the survey was sent to, whether the invitation was opened and whether the survey was completed, so reminders go only to those who haven’t responded yet. In anonymous surveys, no link between response content and participant identity is stored. Email open data is an approximate indicator, because some email apps block images.
Can we store participant data in a structure that fits our organization?
Yes. In addition to department and location, you can define custom profile fields of 9 types, such as text, number, date, single/multiple choice, yes/no, email and phone (e.g. “Work model: Office / Hybrid / Remote”). Filterable fields are used in segments, distribution and analytics breakdowns; during CSV import, columns are mapped to these fields.
How does the AI use our data?
Survai uses Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service with an EU Data Zone deployment; Microsoft commits not to use customer data sent to this service to train models. The two features work with different data: Ask AI sees only masked, aggregated results, while sentiment and theme analysis classifies open-ended comments after identifiers such as email, phone, ID number and participant name have been removed. AI can be turned off per organization; drafting, suggestions and Ask AI are limited by a monthly quota.
What kinds of surveys can I run?
You can start with 23 ready-made templates, including employee engagement (eNPS), monthly employee pulse, onboarding (day 30/60/90), exit interview, 360° manager review, customer satisfaction and NPS, post-support satisfaction (CSAT), and training and event evaluations, or build your own survey with 19 question types.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
You can import participants from a CSV or Excel file, send invitations from your own domain or your Microsoft 365 / Google account, and embed surveys in your intranet or website. With signed webhooks and a REST API that uses API keys with configurable scopes, you can push responses into your own systems.
How is pricing determined?
Because every organization’s needs are different, we don’t publish a fixed list price. Quotes are based on the number of users, monthly response volume, AI quota and deployment preference (cloud or on-premises).
