Import

Import your employee list from a CSV or Excel file

Upload your file and map the columns to Survai fields; validation shows invalid rows along with the reasons. New people are added and existing people are updated.

CSV import animation: a 1,248-row staff file is uploaded, its columns are mapped to the Full name, Email, Department, Location and Work model fields, validation finds 1,245 valid and 3 invalid rows, and the import adds 1,198 participants and updates 47 people whose email addresses were already registered. Manage personal data requests

See a person’s consents with timestamps and export their personal data as JSON or CSV. On an erasure request, the person is irreversibly anonymized, and their responses remain in statistics without identity.

  • Profile, consents, invitations and (non-anonymous) responses in a single file
  • Irreversible anonymization, confirmed by typing the name
KVKK requests animation: the participant's profile shows their KVKK consent history; their personal data is exported as JSON; an erasure request is then confirmed and the person is anonymized as 'Deleted participant', while their responses stay in the statistics without any identity attached.
